Kelsie is a strength coach who believes in training for performance, not out of punishment. With 14 years experience and a Master’s in Nutrition, she helps women chase real, tangible milestones like: your first chin up, your first push up, a deadlift PR you didn't think you had in you. And the improved body composition is just a side effect of the commitment and focus to those goals. Her evidence-based approach combines in-person training, hands-on education, and lifestyle changes that fit your life instead of consuming it. No extremes, no shrinking, no compromising on the joys of life just to be miserable.
Garrett Phillips
Hi, I’m Garrett—your friendly neighborhood Muscle Nugget personal trainer! I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC) with eight years of experience helping clients build muscle, lose fat, and get stronger through personalized, sustainable coaching. As a proud gay man, I’m passionate about empowering the LGBTQ+ community, but at my core, I love helping anyone who’s ready to put in the work. My goal is to make fitness fun, approachable, and effective—with plenty of accountability and the occasional dad joke along the way.
Adrienne Zielasko
Adrienne designs customized training programs focused on functional strength, mobility, and long-term health. A former Division 1 athlete who has trained under elite coaches since age 12, she works with a diverse clientele including former athletes, working professionals, teens, and seniors to help them move better and stay active for life.
